A surcharge will be applied for certain
celebrations and holidays.
On Val Carroll Property - hiking, swimming,
boating, fishing, mountain biking, x-country
skiing and snow-shoeing are complimentary to
room guests. Group reservations will have a 15%
service fee charged to the final billing.
Taxes and service are not included in the
above listed prices.

Deposit &
Cancellation Policy:
Room reservations must be accompanied by a
deposit of $ 100.00 per room, per night

Cancellations made up to 14
days before date of arrival: Deposit is
refunded, minus an administration fee of $
25.00 per room reserved.

Cancellations made from 2 to
14 days before arrival date: Deposit is
withheld but may be applied against a future
stay within 6 months of date of
cancellation.

Cancellations made the day
before, on the day of arrival and
"no-shows": No refund of any kind
or deferral can be made. The complete
reservation package will be charged.

Early departures will be
charged the room price per day.
Check-in at 3 pm or later on the day of
arrival; room to be vacated by 12 pm (Noon) on
the day of departure. |
